Our client is looking to hire three (3) consultants to address pending TB Billing Program invoices and payments.


  1. Three (3) consultants will be placed with the TB Billing Program and will be trained to process paper and electronic versions of reimbursement claims/invoices for TB services, according to patient eligibility, provider, service code, diagnostic code, insurance status, and Medicaid rate per service. Most of this work will be conducted using paper documents and files, entering and viewing data in the MS Access TB Billing database, and possibly reviewing data in MS Excel.


  1. The three TB Billing Program consultants will be expected to work on-site 100% time, due to hard copy/ paper invoices and organizational needs, as well as workflows involving payment confirmation. There is the potential for remote work.


Preferred skills:

  1. Familiarity with MS Access and MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Teams platform
  2. Experience handling confidential personal and health information
  3. Very accurate data entry involving patient data, numbers, and currency data
  4. Very accurate review/check of patient eligibility, diagnosis codes, insurance coverage, duplicate invoices
  5. Experience looking up CT Medicaid rates and hospital legacy rates databases,
  6. Experience reviewing standard documentation to ensure all required elements have been completed correctly.
  7. Experience running reports from MS Access Experience entering and manipulating data in MS Access and MS Excel.
