Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support operational and performance analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled data professional who can work independently, transform complex datasets into actionable insights, and deliver impactful data visualizations to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Spotfire
- Import, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support business decision-making
- Present insights through clear visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards)
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality, reliable outputs
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire for dashboard development and reporting
- Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with Upstream Oil & Gas, Drilling, or Completions data
