Business Data Analyst

Location: Oakland, CA (Bay Area – Local candidates only)

Work Model: Hybrid (80% Remote | 20% Onsite – Wednesdays at Oakland General Office)


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets and create customized reports
  • Maintain and update data to reflect real-time business changes
  • Develop daily/weekly metrics and dashboards (Power BI)
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Manage small to mid-size projects and support business operations


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)
  • Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
