The role:
As a Customer Success Specialist you will get to work with a variety of our staff, from sales to creative. You will become extremely knowledgeable in various ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and the tenets of a world-class client success organization. You will also learn how to work in a thriving environment where you have the opportunity to learn a wider set of sales & account management skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of organization, as you will be dealing with anywhere from 40-80 clients weekly, all with completely different goals, campaigns, contacts, and needs. Furthermore, a keen eye for detail and delivering accuracy is the expectation when working and delivering to such clients. You will need to achieve high levels of communication over phone, chat, and email with clients/sales teams to deliver the highest client satisfaction while also helping our sales team revenue grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with and assist internal sales team to manage internal client campaign management from start to finish. This will involve working with direct clients & sales team to ensure all of the clients needs & contractual obligations are met. This will involve a tremendous amount of communication, working with both direct clients and internal ad operations teams on approvals, edits, and changes to any campaigns.
• Manage existing campaigns with the sales team. This involves learning and understanding different sales team members' approaches to client management and providing feedback on processes/products that can be improved to management.
• Work closely with the sales team to help deliver quote/proposals presentations & other sales materials. Fill out RFP materials, gather requirements for proposals by working closely with the internal team to develop examples, lead updates, etc to send to clients on proposals.
• Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure high renewal rates.
• Engage in consistent, proactive outreach with inside sales management to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth. This involves uncovering new opportunities/prospects by searching for similar companies to which we work with, searching competitor sites, matching ideal companies to our solutions, while also identifying new opportunities within our enterprise clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify emails, proposals, and pitches that are seeing high rates of success to assist the sales team in improving on their own processes.
• Manage/Update accounts, contacts, & opportunities in SalesForce CRM
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2 - 3+ years of experience in working closely with sales teams.
• Experience in customer success, renewals, sales, account management or equivalent customer facing role.
• Motivated Self Starter: No one needs to push you to go above and beyond.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek help when needed while suggesting new ways to tackle past business processes.

• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Proficient in Office software (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Advanced excel with strong technical knowledge of Vlookups, Macros, etc a plus.
