Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240 | (Hybrid – Onsite Training Required)

Pay: $16/hr. on W2

Type: 6 months Contract

We are hiring CSRs to provide exceptional support via phone and email, assist with registration, website navigation, issue resolution, and participant inquiries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Hardwired internet required for remote work
• Flexible schedule and commitment to full training

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls/emails and escalate when needed
• Assist participants with login, navigation, and surveys
• Provide excellent service and document interactions
