About the Role

For one of our clients, we are looking for a professional and reliable Customer Service Associate to join their team in Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues professionally, and support daily customer service operations through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication.


Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, payments, or service requests
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate notes in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
  • Follow company procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements
  • Support daily administrative and customer service tasks


Your Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, call center, front desk, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or customer support systems
  • Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult customers
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • English communication skills required
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, TX
