Position Title: Digital/CRM Project Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045
Shift Timings: Mon - Fri, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST
This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite & 2 days remote | Onsite (Tue-Thu) Remote (Mon & Fri))
- This role is falls under Patient services marketing team
- Must have exp. with project managements (Strong project management exp. is required)
- Must have exp. with marketing campaigns (Email, SMS)
- Able to work with other marketers and other stakeholders
- Able to handshake with market automation team
- Salesforce marketing cloud exp. would be a hard plus if they doesn't have a Salesforce Marketing cloud exp. they need to have similar Marketo, IBM marketing platform exp. would be required
- Must have strong communication skills
- Needs to understand the project life cycle
- Not going to build Salesforce marketing cloud
- Able to maintain client relationship
- Must have exp. with MS Excel
- Smartsheet exp. would be a plus
- PMP certification would be preferred but not a deal breaker
- Prior regulated industry exp. would be preferred but also open for other industry knowledge would considerable

The Project Manager (SFMC) is part of the client Digital Lab and will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of our 1:1 marketing programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements including developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, following up / communicating with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution of brand CRM programs.
- Leads multiple medium-high complexity digital projects simultaneously across several internal cross functional teams and external agency teams
- Manages timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for projects with a low to mid-range complexity, size and/or scope.
- Creates detailed project work plans and assigns tasks to team members.
- Facilitates, tracks and monitors projects, activities, milestones, timelines and deliverables
- Provides regular project updates and status reports to project team.
- Works closely with cross functional teams and/or agencies to ensure a high level of quality
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of a team-driven end product that leads to a top-notch user experience.
- Works with agencies and internal teams to ensure data is loaded into marketing applications on time and correctly
- Effectively work with multiple departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and capture all requirements and ensure they are met.
- Proactively manage workload and continuously look for ways to improve brand campaigns to meet brands' objectives and goals by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating them to the marketing team.
- Document change requests, notify the team, and understand timeline implications. Seek standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever possible to deliver on vision for the team of faster, better, cheaper year over year.
- Identify any issues or concerns, the team has with cross functional and agency partners. Identify issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action where necessary
- Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports. Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on work experience as a project manager
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with team members
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
- Excellent knowledge of Smartsheet
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
