Cost Analyst

LHH is partnering with a fast-growing CPG/Manufacturing company looking to hire a Cost analyst to support leadership with operational finance, cost control, and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, scrap, inventory, and variances
• Support standard costing, new product costing, and pricing analysis
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and month‑end close
• Partner closely with plant operations and corporate finance
• Support ERP reporting and inventory accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Cost analysis experience in manufacturing
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Hands‑on, plant‑floor mindset; comfortable partnering with operations
• CPG experience a plus
