Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
LHH is partnering with an established and growing organization that is seeking a Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to support hiring initiatives across multiple departments. This role partners with leadership and HR to anticipate staffing needs, execute full-cycle recruiting, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The position plays a key role in driving efficient hiring processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This position is permanent placement / direct hire and will pay between $60K and $70K annually. This role is 100% onsite in West Chester Ohio.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify current and future hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance
- Develop and post job advertisements, ensuring alignment with role requirements
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, social platforms, and recruiting events
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring teams throughout the process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a strong experience
- Assist with offer preparation, including compensation discussions and onboarding coordination
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with internal policies and applicable employment laws
- Support high-volume hiring efforts with a focus on meeting staffing timelines
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data within recruiting systems
- Partner with operations and HR teams to prioritize openings and manage workflow
- Monitor hiring metrics and provide insight to improve overall recruiting efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support high-volume hiring environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification in talent acquisition or HR is a plus
