A growing organization in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the business. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent - from entry-level to executive positions - and will approach recruiting as a core, continuous business function, not just a transactional task.


The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional people skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. They are highly collaborative, trustworthy, and energized by building strong teams that drive business success.


Direct Hire | Full-Time | Primarily Remote


Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting, including:
  • Proactive sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Interview coordination and facilitation
  • Managing candidate “test drive” experiences
  • Offer creation, negotiation, and decline management
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable, high-quality recruiting process
  • Drive efficiency through workflow optimization, automation, and modern recruiting tools
  • Partner closely with leaders across departments to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent guidance
  • Ensure consistent hiring standards, strong cultural alignment, and high quality of hire
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Maintain discipline in executing processes thoroughly and consistently without shortcuts


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting
  • Demonstrated success hiring across all levels, from entry-level through executive leadership
  • A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition as a strategic business function
  • Exceptional soft skills: initiative, accountability, collaboration, enthusiasm, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort working in a remote or hybrid setting
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and modern recruiting technologies
  • Exposure to HR policies and best practices


Benefits & Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
