Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Onsite/Remote: Voorhees, NJ

Salary/Hourly Rate: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience.

Position Overview: Support attorneys in corporate legal matters, including document preparation, research, and case management. Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and organize documents in electronic and paper filing systems
  • Edit and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and real estate closing statements
  • Investigate facts and legal precedents to support cases
  • Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and materials
  • Meet with clients and professionals to discuss case details
  • Gather and analyze research data, statutes, and legal articles
  • Coordinate law office activities, including delivery of subpoenas
  • Assist in real estate closing processes and review title searches
  • Appraise and inventory property for estate planning
  • Monitor legal volumes to ensure law library is up-to-date
  • Summarize relevant records for cases 3

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in document management and legal research software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint, LexisNexis)
  • Ability to analyze data and information
  • Experience in preparing legal documents and maintaining records
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant paralegal experience 3

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in corporate law or real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with litigation support software and CRM tools
  • Ability to arbitrate disputes and represent client interests in legal proceedings
  • Prior exposure to estate planning and property appraisal 3

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
