Our client, a highly regarded, fast-growing investment platform is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel and legal team. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to executive leadership and sophisticated work across funds, corporate governance, and real estate investments.


This position is ideal for a corporate paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is looking to take ownership of complex entity structures and fund-related work. This is not a traditional paralegal role—you will function as a key operator within the legal and compliance team, with responsibility for bringing structure and organization to a rapidly scaling platform.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain 200+ entities across multiple jurisdictions, including complex fund and real estate structures
  • Prepare and oversee:
  • Annual filings, foreign registrations, and compliance requirements
  • Corporate books, records, resolutions, and organizational documents
  • Build and maintain complex organizational charts
  • Support fund formation and ongoing fund operations, including:
  • Real estate investment structures (REITs, 1031 exchanges, etc.)
  • Preferred equity, private credit, and financing transactions
  • Partner with legal and compliance leadership to:
  • Track regulatory filings and exemptions
  • Support internal compliance programs and documentation
  • Help implement and improve document management systems and processes


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant
  • Strong background in Entity management and corporate governance
  • Experience with funds or investment platforms strongly preferred
  • Exposure to real estate transactions or willingness to learn
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can work directly with senior leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can operate with autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 – $125,000
  • Bonus potential + comprehensive benefits package
