Our client, a growing international company, is seeking a lawyer with 2+ years and a strong understanding of corporate organizational structures and, ideally, experience with KYC compliance and entity management. The lawyer's responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing disclosures in response to KYC and due diligence requests, and reviewing or drafting documentation in connection with such requests, as well as forming new entities and maintaining the necessary documentation for them. The lawyer must stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and anti-money laundering requirements and will advise on the implementation of changes to the company's KYC policies and procedures.
