This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate Lawyer role located in Naples, FL. The Senior Associate Lawyer will handle corporate transactions, ensure compliance with legal standards, provide strategic legal advice, draft and review contracts, and represent clients in various corporate matters. This role will include working closely with clients to address their unique needs, managing caseloads, and mentoring junior legal staff to ensure a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
