Business Attorney

Title: Corporate/Transaction Lawyer (Contract)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Remote)

Compensation: $75-125 Per Hour (Contingent on Experience)

Haraka Headhunters LLC is a New York City-based attorney search firm that connects qualified attorneys with exciting in-house opportunities as well as leading law firms across the United States. We are partnering with a fast-growing, Phoenix-based deal advisory company seeking a corporate attorney to join its team on either a part-time contractual basis or a full-time basis.

What We’re Looking For

An energetic, sharp, entrepreneurial-minded, rainmaker-type of attorney with at least 3 years of experience with the following:

• Carve-outs
• Tax planning
• Entity formation
• Spearheading sophisticated M&A deals
• Corporate governance and due diligence and
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various operating agreements
• A book of business is a plus

Education and Licensing Requirements

Admitted to and in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association or is eligible to join as of counsel
