A boutique consulting firm specializing in corporate event production is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Planner to join its small, high-performing team.

This role requires approximately 25% travel, including domestic and limited international events.



Role Overvie

wThe Meeting Planner will support a portfolio of association and corporate event clients, managing logistics, vendor coordination, client communications, and onsite execution for live and virtual meetings. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with proven corporate events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering seamless event experiences
