Position Title: Mid-Level Meeting Planner
Employment Status: Full-Time, Salaried
Location: Paramus, New Jersey (New Jersey preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
Travel: Up to 50% travel required
Reports To: President and Senior Leadership Team
The Lane Group, LLC (TLG) is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Meeting Planner with a strong background in large-scale corporate meetings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing corporate sales meetings for up to 1,000 attendees and will be eager to learn and embrace the TLG approach to hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities· Plan and execute large-scale corporate meetings, including national sales meetings and other internal events for up to 1,000 attendees.
· Manage all meeting logistics including food and beverage, audiovisual, transportation, production schedules, and onsite execution.
· Develop and maintain the working budget for assigned programs.
· Work closely with our sourcing, registration, and finance teams, each of which provides specialized support.
· Coordinate effectively with clients, hotels, vendors, and other supplier partners.
· Lead onsite teams with professionalism, grace, and a collaborative spirit.
· Foster a positive team environment and reinforce the belief that every team member plays an important role.
· Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
· Provide outstanding customer service to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications· 3 to 7 years of corporate meeting planning experience.
· Demonstrated experience managing corporate sales meetings or similar programs with up to 1,000 attendees.
· Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
· Experience managing and tracking working budgets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
· Knowledge of Cvent is preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Forward-thinking with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Works well with colleagues, clients, and supplier partners.
