Wealth Management Advisor

Our client is an end-to-end wealth platform that helps clients grow and protect their wealth through innovative technology and exceptional client service. They are seeking a Wealth Advisor to join their New York City-based team.

As a Wealth Advisor, you'll own the end-to-end client relationship for their emerging wealth segment. Professionals in the early stages of building real wealth who are working with a financial advisor, often for the first time. You're not prospecting. You're not cold-calling. You're showing up, building trust, and delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management to clients who genuinely need it.

Their marketing and sales team generates leads and helps build relationships. Their onboarding team handles the paperwork. Their AI-powered platform handles the prep, the monitoring, and the between-meeting engagement. You focus on what actually matters: giving advice, coaching clients through financial decisions, and building relationships that last. You'll manage clients supported by technology that handles the operational lift so you can spend your time where it counts: in front of clients. Education/Qualifications:

• CFP® designation or CFA® designation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
• May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
• An active and valid FINRA Series 66 license is required
• May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment
• Two or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients.

Benefits:

• Estimated Base Salary Range: $160,000 plus target incentive compensation range of up to $225,000 OTE; however, final compensation may vary.
