- Oversee and manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, cash management, payroll, and AP/AR
- Directly supervise two direct reports providing administrative assistance
- Minimum of 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; candidates with 10+ years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Company just invested capital into a new facility and equipment
- Family atmosphere and has never had a layoff in its history
