Corporate Controller (onsite)

A high-growth semiconductor manufacturing company is hiring a Corporate Controller. This role reports to the CFO and partners closely with the VP of Finance, owning the build-out of a scalable accounting and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead controllership, close, and financial reporting (GAAP)
• Design and implement SOX controls and governance
• Build and run SEC reporting processes (Workiva or similar)
• Establish technical accounting function, including stock-based compensation
• Serve as a key contributor to SAP upgrade (B1 to S/4HANA)
• Hire and lead the accounting team to support growth and IPO readiness
• Partner with global stakeholders internationally

Requirements

• Active CPA required
• Public company and/or successful IPO experience required
• Semiconductor or hardware technology manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Hands-on SOX, SEC reporting, and technical accounting experience
• ERP transformation experience (SAP strongly preferred)

Compensation: salary (DOE) + base + bonus + equity

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH)
