Contract Recruiter

On behalf of our client we are looking for a contract recruiter with experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is 4 days/week onsite and 1 day WFH. This is a 3-6 month assignment working with a collaborative team and a hands on, supportive TA leader. If you have the background required and are available now, please apply immediately. • Pay rate : $40-50/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand the role, the priorities and the profiles that are best fit
• Proactively sourcing and building pipelines of talent
• Presenting qualified candidates with clear summaries that outline strengths and fit
• Tracking and managing all candidate activity in the ATS
• Providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a corporate recruiter in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated strength in communication and relationship building skills
• Sense of urgency.
