Onsite | Contract
Pay Rate: 25-30/hr

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a 2-month contract assignment in Brentwood. This role will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Utilize Salesforce to track candidate activity, maintain accurate records, and manage recruiting workflows.
- Leverage ZoomInfo and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with onboarding activities as needed.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or corporate recruiting environments.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, administrative, or technical roles.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
