Job Title: Contract Auditor (QA Auditor, Contract-to-Hire)
Job Description

The Contract Auditor will serve as a QA Auditor supporting the Contract Data Management (CDM) organization by reviewing and validating data entered by the CDM team. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established internal processes. The Contract Auditor will complete the same core qualifications and training path as CDM Specialists during the first month, with additional emphasis on Excel-based reporting and quality validation to support ongoing quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit CDM team entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to process standards.
  • Identify data discrepancies, document findings clearly, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant team members.
  • Produce, update, and maintain Excel-based reports to track quality trends, performance metrics, and audit outcomes.
  • Communicate audit findings and quality insights clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders.
  • Apply training standards and CDM specialist guidelines consistently when performing ongoing QA audits.
  • Follow structured operational procedures and internal controls to support data integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain organized documentation of audits, findings, and corrective actions for reference and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with the CDM team to reinforce best practices and continuous improvement in data quality.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a high-accuracy administrative role.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality activities such as assurance, control, or cross-referencing information in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation habits and organizational skills to manage audit records and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured operations team and follow defined processes and standards.
  • Comfort working extensively in Excel and other data management tools to support reporting and analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Exposure to contracts or contract-related work is a plus.
  • Experience with data management or CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with structured training programs or standardized onboarding processes.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in quality assurance, contracts, or data management.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with clear expectations and performance metrics.
Work Environment

This is a fully onsite, office-based role in a structured operational environment. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., supporting a consistent daytime work routine. You will work in a team-oriented CDM setting with clear processes, documented standards, and defined quality expectations. Training aligns with CDM specialist onboarding, providing structured, hands-on learning and a clear pathway to build skills in contracts, data management, and CRM systems. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
