  • Lead mission assurance training and adoption of processes, tools, metrics, and standards-aligned ways of working

  • Manage external partners supporting multi-site certifications and enterprise appraisals

  • Partner across quality, engineering, mission assurance, operations, IT, and business leadership, and advise senior leadership on compliance and readiness.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, business, information systems, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Progressive leadership experience in quality, mission assurance, compliance, process governance, accreditation, or continual improvement within a large, complex organization

  • Experience leading ISO, AS9100, and/or CMMI governance, readiness, certification, surveillance, or appraisal activities

  • Deep understanding of audits, corrective actions, process governance, configuration control, and standards implementation

  • Experience building or governing enterprise operating frameworks that connect compliance requirements to execution discipline and business performance

  • Proven ability to influence across functions and work with senior executives, including in multi-site environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with enterprise metrics, workflow tools, training programs, and vendor-supported compliance capabilities

  • ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor
