Our client, an established Orange County firm, with International Reach, is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support their corporate and project-based contract operations. YOUR IMPACT:
- Draft, review, and process contracts and amendments under supervision
- Track approvals, renewals, and key milestones across multiple projects
- Maintain contract documentation and organize files in the central system
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards
- Provide administrative support to senior contract staff and project teams
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field helpful
- 2–5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction / will consider other
- Familiarity with contract law and terminology
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and escalate issues appropriately
