In this role, you will lead and implement CI initiatives across the shop floor, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and deliver measurable improvements. You will be responsible for driving Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects, analyzing production data, and implementing solutions that directly impact cost, quality, and delivery performance.

This role would suit a Continuous Improvement Engineer who is passionate about Lean manufacturing, enjoys delivering measurable cost savings, and wants to play a key role in driving operational excellence within a well-established manufacturer.

The Role:

• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and efficiency improvements
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives across production
• Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive sustainable improvements
• Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm

The Person:

• Experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean Engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost-saving initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and cost reductions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
