JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Architectural/Construction Project Coordinator to support the Architectural Project Manager in the planning and execution of multiple retail construction projects across the U.S. and Canada.
This role will support new store construction, pop-ups, remodels, relocations, and ongoing maintenance projects from early coordination through store opening. The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project tracking, documentation, communication, and coordination with HQ in Korea, local consultants, General Contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain aligned with schedule, scope, and brand standards. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of construction site management and possess a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.
This position reports directly to the Architectural Project Manager and is a key role within a growing architecture and construction team. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
