We’re a respected commercial general contractor with an active presence in the Las Vegas market, delivering ground-up and complex commercial projects. We’re looking for a Project Engineer who’s organized, motivated, and eager to grow alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be involved in every phase of the project, gaining hands-on experience both in the field and in the office.

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents on active commercial construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
• Assist with cost tracking, buyout support, and change order processing
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
• Participate in jobsite walks, coordination meetings, and project planning
• Help ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who’s eager to learn and ready to take ownership.

• Experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator with a commercial GC preferred
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
• Interest in growing into a Project Manager role over time
