Project Coordinator – Architecture

Hollywood, Florida

Kaller Architecture is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of residential and commercial architectural projects throughout South Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on innovative and high-profile developments while contributing to all phases of project coordination and delivery.

The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Project Manager and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating architectural projects from initial concept through project completion.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation including drawings, proposals, reports, contracts, and permit applications.
  • Coordinate communication among clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and design teams.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and deadline tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review architectural drawings and project documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in site visits, field measurements, feasibility studies, and construction progress evaluations.
  • Help ensure compliance with Florida Building Code requirements and local zoning regulations.
  • Maintain project records including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and project updates.
  • Assist with design revisions and coordination related to project changes and field conditions.
  • Travel to project locations and client meetings across South Florida as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting residential and/or commercial architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required; experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and architectural materials.
  • Familiarity with Florida Building Code and zoning regulations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
