Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Assistant Project Manager based in the Long Island Melville Office. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee daily activities, including coordinating tasks, maintaining project schedules, budgeting, and ensuring project timelines are met. Other responsibilities include supporting the execution of construction plans, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management and Construction Project Management
  • Experience in Project Coordination and effective team communication
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial tracking for construction projects
  • Knowledge of Construction Management practices and principles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
