A highly regarded, design-focused architecture firm is seeking a Construction Administration (CA) Coordinator to support project delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects. The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Project Architects throughout the Construction Administration phase-playing a key part in ensuring project consistency, documentation quality, and overall execution standards.
You will be involved in site visits, progress documentation, and internal process development, making this an ideal position for someone who wants exposure across multiple projects and a clear path to growth within the architecture/construction space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams during Construction Administration across multiple active projects
- Attend site visits and document construction progress
- Review RFIs, submittals, and assist in resolving construction-related issues
- Help establish and maintain CA standards and operating procedures across the firm
- Assist in training internal staff on best practices and consistency in documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
What They're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or related project coordination roles
- Familiarity with Construction Administration processes (RFIs, submittals, site coordination)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
