Job Description
A client in the North Las Vegas area is looking to bring on Configuration Technicians that will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software on a high volume of computers, printers and other products for customers on a daily basis. They will be configuring all new equipment, not fixing existing hardware, and will mostly be working on one specific client's devices, but as the needs change, they could work on other devices. Overtime is to be expected and, in some cases, required.
Required Skills & Experience
-Laptop/PC/cell phone/tablet/printer Configuration experience
-comfortable working in a warehouse-type environment
-Customer Service/Communication skills -- will be dealing directly with clients
-Reliable transportation
-High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Degree in IT
-A+, Network+ or other certifications (if they have them, please obtain certification # or copy of certificate)
