PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and organizing compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards
- Support tracking of compliance activities related to frameworks such as PCI DSS, HITRUST, CIS Controls, and NIST
- Organize and maintain audit evidence repositories and documentation
- Assist with preparation for internal and external audits
- Track remediation tasks and follow up with responsible teams
- Support basic risk assessment documentation and data collection
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather compliance-related information
- Help monitor updates to regulations and internal policies
- Assist with compliance training coordination and communication
- Perform administrative tasks to support the compliance and security team

QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Information Security, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Internship, coursework, or exposure to compliance, auditing, or IT security preferred
Experience Equivalency
- Requires 0-2 years of related experience.
