About the Role
The Compensation Manager serves as a subject matter expert supporting the design, execution, and ongoing governance of the firm's compensation programs. The seat sits within a tight-knit Strategic Accounting & Finance group and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.
