Sovereign & Jacobs, a mid-sized, fast-paced, customer service-oriented property management company, is recruiting for a Community Association Manager; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of condo and homeowners’ associations. You’ll coordinate maintenance, interact with homeowners, coordinate and attend board meetings, develop and manage an annual budget, and ensure the association follows their documents and Florida statutes. Your work will help ensure homeowners and community members continue to receive high-quality housing and service.
This is a regular, full-time position. The chosen candidate will work hybrid at the company’s location in St. Augustine, FL (4 days onsite; 1 day remote). Regular local travel to your assigned property portfolio is required.
