Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded Complex Commercial Litigation Group in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will gain immediate exposure to complex matters, working alongside leading practitioners on cutting-edge commercial litigation across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation risk, dispute strategy, and business-focused solutions to complex commercial issues.
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multifaceted and high-value disputes.
• Engage in direct client contact and contribute to the development of case strategies from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

• JD (2019–2022) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Washington, DC.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to work directly with high-profile clients.
