Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal legal teams
Qualifications:
✔ 2–6 years of commercial litigation experience at a top law firm
✔ Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
✔ Experience drafting motions and managing complex litigation matters
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with clients and legal teams
✔ Admission to the Texas Bar required
