• Handle a broad range of commercial and complex litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions, including discovery-related matters
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage cases and take ownership of key responsibilities
• Collaborate with a sophisticated team across multiple practice areas
✅ Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of commercial/complex litigation experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and proactively
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (in good standing)
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus
