We are actively looking to add a mid‑level litigation associate (3–6 years) to our clients Orange County office. This role is well‑suited to an associate who enjoys litigation but wants broader case mix, real responsibility, and a clearer long‑term path than typical insurance‑only roles provide.
The work
- Mix of insurance defense matters and commercial litigation
- Meaningful responsibility on files, including:
- Direct client contact
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Depositions and discovery strategy
- Exposure to trial prep rather than siloed assignments
- Commercial litigation work includes general business disputes, contract matters, and non‑carrier work that allows you to expand beyond rate‑limited defense cases
