🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage updates, and renewals
- Review and analyze policies to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and clients to tailor insurance solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries when needed
- Support clients with EPIC software (experience preferred)
