Role Description
We are looking for a senior US-qualified attorney to join Jurisphere as Commercial Counsel and serve as our principal US legal voice. This is a commercial role at its core. You will lead our GTM strategy end to end, own the most important customer and partner relationships, and operate at the executive leadership level alongside the founders. The ideal candidate is a commercially-minded attorney who has spent the last several years close to enterprise customers, knows how deals actually get done at US companies, and is energised by building relationships that drive growth.
You will also lead our US legal and regulatory strategy, manage the lawyers executing contract work on the Jurisphere platform, and feed customer insights directly into the product roadmap.
The role reports directly to the founders.
