Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating real estate and commercial documents to support natural gas facilities and services, and monitoring regulatory developments impacting the business. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and a J.D. with a minimum of 8 years legal experience in real estate, right-of-way, development, and commercial law, preferably within the energy sector.
