We’re looking for a strong Credit & Collections professional who knows how to drive results, resolve complex account issues, and keep cash flow moving. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, driving collections and reducing aging
- Conduct high-volume collection outreach (calls + email) to resolve outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks, deductions, and discrepancies
- Perform cash application and account reconciliations
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to resolve disputes
- Monitor account activity and provide updates on delinquent accounts
- Utilize SAP daily for billing, tracking, and account management
What You Bring
- 3+ years of strong Credit & Collections experience (B2B preferred)
- SAP experience is REQUIRED – must be comfortable using it daily
- Proven ability to handle high-volume collections and difficult accounts
- Experience with reconciliations, chargebacks, and deductions
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
