Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL, for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Core responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering insights from FRG solutions, proactively addressing challenges, and providing guidance on utilizing FRG's tools and services. Collaboration with internal teams to address client concerns and drive value realization is key.
