About the Role:
As a Client Solutions Director, you will focus on developing new projects and business opportunities in areas such as human resources, operations, and business systems transformation. This role centers on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying workforce trends, and helping organizations address complex challenges through specialized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce Robert Half’s services and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients through video calls, telephone conversations, and onsite meetings.
- Build strategic connections with decision-makers to showcase Robert Half’s expertise in solving workforce issues, particularly in HRIS, change management, and compensation analysis.
- Analyze market trends and labor data to deliver insights that help clients make informed business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing innovative marketplace perspectives and actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within human resources, management, or professional services.
- Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a bonus.
