Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in the Natomas area of Sacramento, CA. Our team works together in person Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note: Must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience, including hands-on discovery and pleadings experience.

Job Description
- Manage a high-volume civil litigation caseload and help keep cases moving forward
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, mediation preparation, and case resolution
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, correspondence, client emails, and formal letters
- Coordinate document collection, Bates numbering, productions, deadlines, calendars, and case files
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust
- Work with vendors, opposing counsel, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in Clio and internal systems
- Anticipate attorney and client needs while taking ownership of assigned work
Qualifications
- 2+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
- Experience with discovery, pleadings, document production, deadlines, and case management
- Mass tort, wildfire litigation, personal injury, or complex plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients in high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to support multiple attorneys and prioritize competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Clio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
