Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff Personal Injury)

Our practice focuses on wrongful death, mass transportation incidents, product liability, and medical malpractice litigation.
We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment and is confident managing complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage case files from pre-suit through trial, including case development and file management support
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and court filings
- Coordinate and prepare for expert discovery and trial, including exhibit organization and witness materials
- Oversee medical record and billing collection, analysis, and summarization to support damages development
- Maintain case files and deadlines within the firm’s case management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with attorneys on deadlines and case progression
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
- Strong command of civil procedure, discovery practice, and e-filing systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive approach to case management
