Civil Litigation Attorney (Hybrid – Cleveland, OH)

A well-established Omaha firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on litigation experience while working in a collaborative, low-ego environment.

The Role

• Handle civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and assist with trial prep
• Work across a mix of business disputes, real estate, and general liability matters
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Ohio bar license
• 1+ years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, or contract law preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while still being a team player

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
