The CRO owns revenue strategy, forecasting, and commercial execution, ensuring disciplined, predictable growth across sales, financing products, partnerships, and institutional channels. This role links revenue generation with capital strategy and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue strategy, pricing, margins, and channel mix
- Deliver accurate forecasting aligned with production and capital planning
- Lead all revenue channels (direct, investor, partnerships) with strong deal discipline
- Structure and optimize complex transactions, protecting margin and cash flow
- Build revenue operations (CRM, pipeline, reporting) to support scale and predictability
- Partner with Finance on capital planning, investor positioning, and unit economics
- Support capital raises, including investor materials, roadshows, and diligence
Ownership
- Owns revenue strategy, execution, pricing, and forecast accuracy.
- Excludes manufacturing, product design, accounting, and legal.
Qualifications
- Proven CRO / senior revenue leadership experience in capital-intensive or structured deal environments
- Strong financial acumen (pricing, margins, cash flow, forecasting)
- Experience with capital raises, investor engagement, and roadshows
- Track record scaling multi-channel revenue with operational discipline
