Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)-Medical Supply & Manufacturing


The Encompass Group is working with a growing healthcare company focused on improving the lives of patients with sleep apnea through high-quality CPAP equipment, supplies, and ongoing support. They operate across retail, e-commerce, and clinical channels—bringing essential care directly to patients who need it most.


They are seeking to add a Chief Revenue Officer to their team. This is a true builder opportunity; you will design, build, and scale the entire revenue function from the ground up. The company has strong market demand and a solid foundation, and is now ready to accelerate growth with the right executive leader in place.


The Role:

You will own all revenue generation and be responsible for building the strategy, systems, and team to scale the business.


Key focus areas:

  • Build and lead the full revenue organization (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Implement scalable systems, KPIs, and forecasting
  • Drive growth across e-commerce, referral networks, payer channels, and partnerships
  • Develop recurring revenue streams and optimize go-to-market strategy
  • Establish structure and accountability in a previously founder-led revenue environment


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior revenue leadership (CRO, VP Sales, VP Growth)
  • Experience scaling companies in the ~$10M–$50M range
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, DME, or related sectors strongly preferred
  • Proven success building teams and infrastructure from scratch
  • Hands-on operator with a strong balance of strategy and execution
